Form Check
Full stretch. Full contraction.

Pick a lift, pick your goal — strength or aesthetics — and get judged against that version of perfect. Film from the side or the front; the app only scores what your angle can actually see, and says so when it can't.

Buddy mode — who's lifting?

One phone, two lifters. Tap a name before each set — that set, its score, progress, log and macro plan save under that lifter only. One of you films, the other lifts, then swap.

Now logging: Lifter 1

Rename either slot to a real name and it sticks on this device. Everything already logged stays with Lifter 1.

Live auto-tracking

Pose tracking runs on your device — video never leaves your phone. It counts reps, reads your live joint angles, and calls out faults as they happen (voice optional). Prop the phone so your whole body fits the frame, then hit start. Tracking is tuned for the big patterns; treat its scores as a coach's eye, not a lab measurement — and if it tracks wrong on a real set, the manual scorecard below always works. One thing that trips everyone up: camera permission is remembered separately by each browser and app — allowing it in one place doesn't allow it in another, and a site you blocked once stays blocked until you un-block it in settings. If the camera won't start, the message under the Start button names the exact block and the steps to clear it.

Head-to-head — same exercise, side by side

Once both lifters have logged the same exercise, their best score, reps, heaviest weight and last set appear here side by side.

    The Perfect-Form Rulebook

Every standard below comes from professional coaching sources — NASM, ACE, and certified-coach guides — translated into what a single phone camera can measure. Where coaches genuinely disagree (bench elbow angle, squat depth, deadlift back rounding), the standard is a range, not one rigid number. Tempo numbers are coaching defaults — “controlled, no bounce, no momentum” is the real standard. A few isolation lifts (shrugs, face pulls, skullcrushers) rest on certified-coach guides rather than a dedicated NSCA/NASM page; that's flagged where it applies.

What makes this different: most form advice scores general shape. This rulebook judges the two ends of every rep — did you reach a full, loaded stretch without your spine compensating, and a full contraction without leaning, swinging, or locking your way there — muscle by muscle, and against the goal you picked.

    Macro calculator

Mifflin–St Jeor for your base burn, times activity, then adjusted for your goal: ~15% under for cutting, ~15% over for bulking, even for maintaining. Protein is set by bodyweight (higher when cutting, to protect muscle), fat lands at 25–30% of calories, and carbs fill the rest. 4 kcal per gram of protein and carbs, 9 per gram of fat.

    Ask Coach Swolarbear

Meet Coach Swolarbear — the app's built-in coach. This is not a live chat, and there's no live person on the other end. Coach Swolarbear answers straight from this app's own rulebook, right on your device: pick your lift and what's going wrong and you get the exact fix cues the scorecard judges you by. Nothing you type leaves your phone.

Pick a problem above and Coach Swolarbear's fix shows up here.

If something hurts — sharp, shooting, or joint pain, or pain that lingers after the set — stop and get it checked by a professional. Form cues help form problems; they aren't medical advice.

…or ask in your own words

Type it how you'd say it. Coach Swolarbear searches every fault and fix cue in the rulebook and shows the closest matches.
